| Original text | Κάποτε η δεξιά της πρώτης αφίνεται ελευθέρα, την οποίαν υψώνουσα αύτη προς τα δεξιά και ολίγον πλαγίως περιστρέφη αυτήν, κρατούσα λευκόν μανδύλιον και δίδουσα τρόπον τινά περισσοτέραν τόνωσιν εις τον χορόν. Κατόπιν θέτει ταύτην επί της ισχύος, όπως και ο ανήρ. Την ώραν καθ' ην η δεξιά χειρ της πρώτης είναι ελευθέρα η δευτέρα κρατεί αυτήν εκ του ενδύματος. |
| English translation | If the right side of the first female dancer was freed, she would gently rise and rotate to the right, holding a white kerchief, which somehow gives more accentuation to the dance. She holds it constantly, just like the man does. When the right hand of the first one is free, the second dancer holds the first one by the garment. |
