Original text	Στο γλέντι του γάμου την Κυριακή, μετά τα κεράσματα γίνεται μεγάλος χορός και χορεύουν οι κοπελιές με τα παλλικάρια την Σούσταν. Μετά την Σούσταν χορεύουν έναν άλλον χορόν που λέγεται Νυφάτος γιατί λαμβάνουν μέρος οι νηόνυφοι κρατώντας στα χέρια τους λαμπάδες του Υμεναίου. Τον χορόν αυτόν τον λέγουν και Κάτω προς διάκρισιν από την Σούστα, η οποία λέγεται Πάνω. Χορεύοντας δε τραγουδούν διάφορα δίστιχα παινετικά του γαμπρού και της νύφης, μερικά από τα οποία παραθέτομεν.
English translation	At the celebration on the Sunday of the wedding, after the treats, they used to throw a big dance in which a every girl and boy in ''Sousta'' used to take part. After Sousta they used to execute another dance called ''Nifatos'' because it was executed by a newly married couple while holding the votive candle of Himeneo. The dance also used to be called ''Kato'' in order to deduce it from ''Sousta'' which used to be called ''Pano''. While they were dancing they also used to be singing some lyrics in favor of the groom and the bride.
